We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will meet you at our wine cellar ""Stoecklé"" at 9 Grand'Rue, 68230 Katzenthal.
At our wine cellar, we would like to invite you to a glass of our home-made wine and to give you some inside tips of the Alsace.
You can catch us at the wine cellar everyday until 19 o'clock.
Just ring the doorbell of our cellar and we'll arrive in a minute.

If you arrive after 19 o'clock or on Sunday :
We would like to ask you kindly to call us under +33 3 89 27 05 08 in order to inform us about your delayed arrival.
Meeting in front of the Stoecklé Cellar (9, 68230 Katzenthal Grand Rue). An envelope addressed to your name containing the keys of the lodgings as well as the plan to go to the lodge and useful information during your stay will be made available to you on a wooden ladder in a
plastic box. Do not worry, this system works very well.

Deposit and payment
A deposit of 25% of the total amount rental will be levied within 30 days, via the details of credit card that you filled in when booking.
The balance will be paid on site during your stay in BC or cash.
House rules
Smoking inside the accomodation is strictly prohibited.
One dog per accomodation is allowed as long, but the aniùmal has to be always with you, and never left alone on the accomodation.
Cats are prohibited.
Appropriate behavior
The tenant of the accomodation has to make sure that his fellow passengers behave responsibly
We expect you to treat the accomodation and the neighborhood with respect.
Number of inhabitants
Only the number of inhabitants indicated in the contract is allowed to stay at the appartement.
Your matters
If anytyhing in the appartment doen't fonction correctly or breaks, don't worry. Contact us as soon as possible so we can get sure you have a nice stay.
We are at your disposal at our wine cellar (9 Grand'rue, Katzenthal) everyday from 8 to 12 and from 13 to 19 and every sunday from 9 to 12 .

Cancellation or change of reservation
We understand that sometimes you have to cancel or postpone your stay.
In this case, please don't forget to inform us as soon as possible so we can do our best to find a solution in our mutal interests.
It is important that you know that if you cancel your reservation 15 days BEFORE your arrival, the deposit will be cashed. In case you cancel your stay DURING the 15 days before your arrival, we will cash the total sum of your stay.
Departure
Thank you for reporting us any broken subject. We are also glad to get any positive or negative feedback from you.
We ask you to leave the appartment until 10 o'clock. We're doing our best to guarantee you cleaness and that's why we devote our time to clean up the accomodations.
By taking out the rubbish, cleaning your disches and stripping the bed, you would help us a lot.
The village
In Katzenthal there is a little bakery open from monday to saturday only in the morning until 11:30. There are also 3 restaurants with different price spreads. Supermarket are 2,5km from here : 12 rue Herzog Logelbach 68124 Logelbach-Wintzenheim.
Free at your disposal
Wifi : there is 3 different password you can try : pinotgris, stoeckle, no password/the connexion is automaticallt done when you click on the powerest wifi.
Baby bed and buggy on request.
There is one parking lot reserved for each appartment.
